Terms of use
Play by Praya is an early-stage service operated by Andrei Bezrodnov in Georgia. Contact: bezrodnov@icloud.com. These terms describe use of the current free service.
Play lets you upload audio/video, manage channels and share synchronized playback. Network, browser and output-device conditions affect playback and timing; an estimate shown by the player is not a measurement of acoustic alignment.
Your uploads and permissions
You keep ownership of your content. Upload only material you have the rights and permissions to use and share with the intended audience. This includes music, recordings, video, artwork and personal data. Buying a recording or finding it online does not necessarily grant broadcasting or public-performance rights.
You give Play a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, process, transcode and deliver your content as needed to provide the features and audience you choose. This does not authorize unrelated advertising or sale of your content. The permission ends when content is removed, subject to necessary backup handling and lawful retention.
You are responsible for your uploads and use of the service. This does not remove Play’s own legal duties or your mandatory consumer rights.
Use the service responsibly
- Do not infringe copyright or other rights, upload unlawful content, expose another person’s private data without a lawful basis, or share intimate content without consent.
- Do not upload child sexual abuse material, threats or malware; do not bypass permissions, compromise accounts or disrupt the service.
- Protect your account and sharing links. Choose public or private access deliberately. Other participants can access content within the permissions you give them.
Reports and moderation
Anyone can report suspected illegal content by email, without an account. Reports are reviewed by a person. We may restrict content or accounts when necessary under the law or these terms, including repeated infringement. We consider the evidence and context, explain relevant decisions where possible, and accept corrections or challenges by reply.
Do not assume that a channel’s presence means its content is licensed or endorsed by Play.
Changes and leaving Play
The service is in development and may have interruptions or feature changes. Keep your own copies of important files. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect timing or permanent file preservation; this does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can stop using Play and request account or content deletion. Significant changes to these terms will be announced on the site. Applicable mandatory laws and remedies remain available; these terms do not require you to waive them.
